Read the full terms- Is commission taken on gross or after Stripe fees?
- On gross — the full sticker price of the sale, before Stripe deducts anything. Stripe's own fee is separate and is governed by your agreement with them, not with us.
- When does money reach my bank account?
- Stripe pays you directly through Stripe Connect. Funds go from your buyer to your own connected Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. We never hold your balance.
- What happens if I refund a member?
- Our commission on that sale is returned to you in full. Stripe may keep its processing fee depending on your Stripe terms, and chargeback fees remain yours.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your current billing period. Nothing is locked in and there is no annual contract.
- What counts as "API usage"?
- Generation done by the AI course builder — drafting lessons, rewriting, summarising. Pro includes $30 of it each month and Business $99. Credit does not roll over between months.
- Are there limits on members or sales volume?
- No. Free is limited to one course, but paid plans are unlimited on courses, members and revenue. We do not charge per seat or per member.
- Do you handle sales tax and VAT?
- We add tax to your PaidTier subscription where we are required to collect it. Tax on the courses you sell to your own members is your responsibility.
